Customers of Japanese telecom giant J-Phone and Mobilkom Austria in Europe will be the first to get their hands on the 6650. Nokia is banking on reasonable projections that 20 operators worldwide will launch WCDMA networks by year's end, either as the primary radio technology or as a compliment to existing GSM systems.
